New Kids on the block!
Almost a month into our time at the market we have received some very nice, expensive and delightful feedback. We appreciate all that we've learnt so far and all that we still have to learn.
Despite the slow vibe at the market yesterday we still managed to make reasonable sales! The Naija Flava Stall is the new kid on the block! Come join us every Sunday for traditional Nigerian Fried rice, Jollof rice and plantain. Chicken pepper soup will also be a permanent addition to our weekly Menu for that spicy (hot) experience. Yum-yum!
Make sure to check out marketonmain.co.za for more information about the venue and visit this blog every week for updates. Also feel free to comment and make any suggestions.
Looking forward to seeing you there!

Sunday success!
So our first day was an absolute success!
Our jollof rice, fried rice, plantain and grilled chicken flew off the shelf, or rather, our stand so quickly we could hardly keep up.
Lots of customers were asking for Pepper Soup. And your wish is our command. Pepper Soup will be our feature dish next week!
Looking forward to many more Sundays, and seeing you and your hungry belly at Market on Main.
